Common questions.
Why one plan instead of tiers?
Tiers exist to up-sell. They don't make the product better. Every Atlas customer gets all three systems (Inbound, Win-Back, and Outbound) on the same flat fee. We build the one you elect first, and the other two follow on a schedule we agree to on the strategy call. If you need more volume, you pay your vendors more directly. Not us, and not for a higher "plan."
How is API usage billed?
You pay your vendors directly. During the build we set up Twilio for voice and SMS, OpenAI for the AI responses, and your enrichment tool under accounts in your name with your credit card, in working sessions alongside your team. The vendors bill you, not us. Usage is variable and scales with the scope of what you're running (call volume, list size, outbound activity). We monitor usage from inside our dashboard and flag anything unusual before it costs you.
What's the $777 setup fee for?
The build itself: strategy session, integration into your tools (phone system, calendar, CRM, email, helpdesk), training the voice and content agents on your scripts, FAQs, services, and brand voice, vendor account setup alongside your team, and staged review of every transcript and draft before launch. Refundable in full if we can't get your first system live within 30 days.

What happens to my call transcripts and lead data?
Your customer-facing content (transcripts, leads, recordings) is yours to use in your business. We store it to run the service and you can request an export of your active records on reasonable notice. We don't sell your data and we don't train shared third-party models on identifiable customer content. Full handling terms are in our Terms of Service.
What's the cancellation policy?
Month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days written notice. Your service continues through the end of the current billing cycle and is not pro-rated. The $777 setup fee is non-refundable once build work has started, except under the 30-day Live-By-Day-30 Guarantee. API usage already incurred is billed in arrears by your vendors.
